In this full session, we explored & discussed Personal Power (AKA Self-Agency) and it's key role & function in our lives and in our relationships. Then we practiced directly embodying it, so you can safely and vividly feel your own sense of power—your ability to know, decide, and act. And two people received a 1-1 mini-coaching session of 15 minutes with me—one focused on how not to feel insecure when sharing her coaching website with the world, and another focused on how not to feel overwhelmed when leading a group. Finally, in the last 15 minutes, I share about the upcoming UZAZU Group Coaching Program. (Link to more details below video.)
