Resilient Body-Mind Modes: I am not sure, whether I’ve really understood what is meant by Body-Mind-Modes… I am quite stable or resilient, when I work with other people, be it in a session with clients or for example developing a project with colleagues. I can stay attentive and attuned. Same goes for spending free time with friends. When I am on my own, I am good when I can do, what I want. As soon as I have something to do on my own, it gets difficult… But these are now situations, not “Body-Mind-Modes”, I think. The Body-Mind Mode would be attuned and attentive? I am not sure…
