A free 90-minute experiential webinar

led by UZAZU founder Dylan Newcomb, with Deb Grant

Feel Into Your Patterns. Then Change Them.

Perhaps you’ve already done a good amount of self-development work in your life — you understand your main patterns to a large degree. But understanding hasn’t been enough to change them. What if the missing piece isn’t more insight, but a different kind of access — one that lives in your body, not just your mind?

In this free live session, you'll be guided through a direct, embodied experience of four core engagement processes — the fundamental ways your inner world meets the outer world. You'll feel what each one feels like from the inside, start to sense where you're at ease and where something goes quiet under pressure, and come away with a more grounded understanding of why you show up the way you do — not because someone told you, but because you felt it yourself.

This webinar will take place Thursday, Mar. 5th, 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM Eastern, USA

If you've practiced the UZAZU modes or explored the four areas of embodiment, you'll fully recognize what's here, as you (re)experience it — the same foundational territory, simplified, deepened, and easier to integrate and apply than ever before. If you're brand new, this is an ideal starting point. Either way, this session goes further into these four processes than any free session we've offered.

In this 90-minute free experiential session, you will:

  • Feel each of the four core engagement processes from the inside — Inner Experience, Self-Agency, Connection, and Collaboration — in your own body, at your own pace. Discover what each one actually feels like when you bring your full awareness to it.
  • Be guided into a deeper sensing of your own patterns — you'll notice which processes activate effortlessly in you and which feel unfamiliar or harder to access under pressure. That recognition, felt in your body rather than figured out in your head, is where real change begins.
  • Experience what it feels like to bring body, mind, and awareness into alignment — not as a concept, but as a tangible shift you can initiate and actually feel happening in real time. This is what makes UZAZU's approach different: not just understanding your patterns, but learning to organize your whole self into a clearer, more coherent way of showing up.

  • Walk away with a more grounded, embodied understanding of why you show up the way you do — and a felt sense of what becomes available when you can access all four processes with more balance and responsive range. In your relationships, your work, and your daily life.
