A Pattern Language For Your Whole Bodymind

Announcing UZAZU Embodied Intelligence 3.0 — 25 years in the making

Join us April 1st for this FREE 90-minute webinar, led by UZAZU founder Dylan Newcomb with co-trainer Deb Grant

The emotions you experience, the way you hold your body, how you show up in relationships, and your values and ways of meaning-making in life are more deeply interconnected than most of us realize — not metaphorically, but through a shared set of fundamental embodied patterns.

UZAZU has been researching and mapping those patterns since 2002, when a Netherlands government-funded research project, led by former dancer and composer Dylan Newcomb, began studying how movement and vowel sounds affect our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. That early research became UZAZU 1.0 — a body of original discoveries about how to activate a full spectrum of embodied states.

Over the past eight years, UZAZU 2.0 developed those initial discoveries into a rigorous set of embodiment principles and practices used by practitioners, coaches, and therapists around the world.

Now, UZAZU 3.0 takes the next step: recognizing that what we've been teaching all along is a pattern language — a connected system where what you learn in one terrain of your life translates directly to every other.

Join Dylan and Deb for this free 90-minute webinar where we'll share the UZAZU 3.0 vision, the story behind it, and give you a direct taste of what this pattern language feels like in your own body.

If you’ve already experienced or learned the 9 Modes of UZAZU, or you’ll recognize everything in the next wave of this work — it's the same foundational structures, but applied to more terrains of your lived experience, while becoming clearer, simpler, and more broadly applicable than ever. You’re not starting over — you’re already ahead.

If you’re brand new to UZAZU, this is an ideal moment to find out what this work is about. No background needed — just your body, your awareness, and some curiosity.

In this 90-minute free experiential session, you will:

  • Hear the story of a twenty-five-year journeyfrom a government-funded study in the Netherlands to a mature framework that maps the deep patterns running through your emotions, your relationships, your body, and your sense of yourself.
  • Get a vivid picture of what an “embodied pattern language” actually means — not abstract theory, but something concrete. You’ll see how a small set of core dimensions combine into the patterns your body runs every day — and why recognizing them changes everything.
  • Feel the patterns in your own body — through a short guided experience that makes the framework tangible and immediate. You'll sense how your body organizes itself along these dimensions — and what shifts when you bring awareness to it.
  • Walk away with a clear picture of where UZAZU is headed — what 3.0 means in practice, how it makes the framework easier to learn and quicker to apply across your whole life, and how you can be part of what's unfolding.

"Practicing UZAZU has changed how I energetically interact with everything around me. I have more drive and more passion! And I feel how I can be more authentic now. The most beneficial aspect of working with UZAZU, however, was how my personal relationships have shifted!"
