Is this the workshop for which you'll be submitting a video for review?*
Since there’s a relatively set structure to the intro workshop, as you’re learning it now, you might note where you decided to make slight adjustments or emphasized or minimized certain phases or aspects. Or, maybe this was a workshop where you deviated from the 'basic/standard plan' and did something different...? Your brief 2-4 sentence explanation here will help us understand your approach and intentions within the workshop outline.
Share some useful details about your participants, like the size of the group, any common backgrounds or experiences they shared, and their familiarity with UZAZU. And, were there any notable dynamics, levels of engagement, or other contextual elements that shaped how the workshop unfolded?
Consider moments where things flowed naturally, participants seemed engaged, or where you felt aligned in delivering the material, or that felt like a step forward for you. This can include the way you held space, your pacing, or any clear connections participants made with the content.
Think about moments that may have felt challenging, unclear, out of proportion time-wise, or where you noticed participants less engaged or in sync with the process. This can include times where an activity didn’t resonate as expected, instructions seemed confusing, or pacing felt rushed or drawn out.
These might be structural adjustments, minor tweaks in how you introduce a concept or facilitate an experience, adjustments in timing, or even slight (elemental?) changes in tone. The focus here is meant to be largely on refining the 'how' of facilitation rather than making big changes to content or structure. In short: What might you try to do differently next time?
Reflect on any personal insights or growth-edge related things that came up. This could relate to your comfort in guiding certain exercises, (re)balancing your dynamic embodiment of the elemental qualities, using specific VRMs more skillfully, handling unexpected participant responses, or balancing structure with responsiveness.
If you like, feel free to add up to 5-6 additional sentences with any additional thoughts, reflections, or feedback that haven’t been covered in the above questions.
