There are several food and cafe options within easy walking or driving distance from the workshop space, and we will provide a list of suggested venues for your convenience.
Training Schedule:
The training runs 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Please arrive between 8:30-8:45 am on Friday so that we may begin promptly at 9 am.
- Tea and light foods will be available on Friday morning, during the check-in period.
- The timing of our 90 minute lunch break will vary, beginning between 12 and 12:20.
- There will also be a 15 minute break, during each morning and afternoon session.
We will also offer an optional guided movement-improv session on Saturday evening, from 7:30-9:00 pm.!
No movement or dance experience required. This unique ‘bonus’ event is worth planning on! By moving more freely together to music, lightly guided through the Modes in this more free-form way, we can all benefit from the play, integration and community-connection it offers!
Follow up online Q&A/Webinar:
Friday April 26, 1-3 pm (recording available if you cannot attend)
This is your opportunity for review of the material and Q&A. While attending is optional, we highly recommend you take the time to join us as it helps keep UZAZU 'alive'! If you are unable to attend live, there will be a recording available.
