  2. Practice shifting effectively between the ‘nearest neighbor’ Postures/States by following the lines that connect them.
  3. Learn to ‘somatically recognize’ the most likely & immediate imbalances you can experience within a given Posture/State.
  4. Learn which state-shift sequences are most likely to be useful in your day-to-day life and how you can practice to support them.
