According to Your Assessment Responses,

Your Center
appears to be your Strongest Area of Embodiment.

Your Center

As an area of embodiment, your CENTER is where you sense into and balance your feelings, emotions, thoughts, and overall energy.

Centering The 1st Core Embodiment Skill A Man Focuses Inward To Find His Center 1
Embodiment Place 1 The Center 150x150

When you are skillfully embodying your Center, you are in touch with your feelings and have the core inner resources to manage and balance them. As a result, you naturally 'feel centered.’

You can more easily (re)find your calm within most any storm, and when your boundaries are become compromised, or the ‘distractions’ of life pull you off-center, you can reclaim your cool in a natural, authentic way.

Those who can attend to their Center in an embodied way find they’re more naturally equipped to self-regulate emotional states—to calm their energy when it gets over-agitated and to bring it back up when it sinks low.

When Your Center Is More Fully EmbodieD:

  • You are directly in touch with your feelings, and naturally attend to them.
  • You can care for yourself; practicing self-compassion when it’s most needed.
  • You have the spaciousness to relax into & enjoy the present moment in most situations.
  • You monitor & manage your energy levels effectively, not getting too drained or overstimulated.

But—When Your Center Is NOT as Fully EmbodieD:

  • You easily get lost in 'other people's stuff' and lose touch with your own feelings and needs.
  • You react to certain situations impulsively, without sensing enough into how you really feel.
  • Frown
You over-prioritize the needs and opinions of others, often at the expense of your own truth.
  • You can easily get drained or burnt out, only realizing it later when it's gotten very imbalanced.

If this area tends to be a more natural place for you to 'hang out', then embodying it even more deeply, in more aspects of your personal & professional life, could be a great way for you to benefit even more from the tendencies and strengths you already have!

And this also implies that...

EXCHANGING with Others
could be your weakest Area of Embodiment.

Your Exchanges

As an area of embodiment, EXCHANGE is where we actively engage and share with each other to co-create a happy, meaningful life together.

Embodiment Place 4 The Bond 150x150

Both personally and professionally, the more readily, fully, and skillfully you exchange with others, the more you find yourself fully involved and participating in the shared experience of living a meaningful life together.

Actively exchanging, you don't feel as alone, cut off, or questioning if you're making a valuable contribution. Your whole body and mind are able to be fully present & engaged in the context of your relationships and your environment.

Embodied Exchange is the process of co-creating valuable experiences—together.

When Your Exchanges Are More Fully EmbodieD:

  • You have healthy, dynamic exchanges w/others, & enjoy creating mutually beneficial relationships.
  • You can skillfully identify, transition into, and maintain those deeper levels of relationship.
  • You enjoy co-creative and mutually transformational exchanges of energy & information.
  • Smile
You naturally form long-lasting, nurturing bonds with people you care deeply about.

But—When Your Exchanges Are NOT as Fully EmbodieD:

  • Those deeper, more deeply nourishing relationships don’t tend to happen that often or easily.
  • You can shy away from or don’t ‘fully show up’ in your opportunities to collaborate with others.
  • You can be distrustful of others, and pessimistic about creating positive outcomes together.
  • Frown
Relating with others, you find it difficult to bring your authentic self & natural strengths into it.

Most of people tend to have a 'way of being' that's less natural & comfortable for them. Very often, your most consistent & profound challenges are linked to this 'weaker' area of embodiment. Embodying this area more fully can hold a big key to reaching more of your full potential.

And so the Question then is...

How can you EMBODY a more Easeful and Effective Balance between these two Areas?

Here's a short video from UZAZU founder and embodiment expert Dylan Newcomb about the embodied integration of Centering and Exchanging, and how you can use it in your life!

So what next!?

Start by understanding how The Four Areas of Embodiment function together and how, with even just few minutes of embodiment practice each day, you can live a happier life!

Welcome to UZAZU Dynamic Embodiment!

Hello! My name is Dylan Newcomb, and I’ve been researching, developing, and teaching UZAZU Dynamic Embodiment for the past 15 years. UZAZU is a modern form of embodied practice—combining simple postures and (interactive) movements with breath and visualization—that's grounded in principles from embodied cognitive neuroscience and interpersonal neurobiology.

There's nothing else quite like UZAZU Dynamic Embodiment out there. And that’s why those who learn & practice it have been known to rave about much how it's helping them—in so many areas of their life....

I was left with a strong sense of underlying completeness

To put it as simply as I can, UZAZU movements and practices give me a clear experience of being in the world with all of me. After completing the all the practices in the training, I was left with a strong sense of underlying completeness. I felt like I had reached all over the place and had gently uncovered every stone, so to speak, seeing what was good, seeing what needed care, and knowing that I had a non-cognitive, embodied approach to work with.
