Resilient mind-body modes – Through my ontological coach training I have come to learn and appreciate that we are all observers and our behaviours come from “the observer we currently are”. I am able to now see and maintain a perspective, even under adverse circumstances that a) my experience of a situation is driven by the observer that I am, and b) if others, behaviours, assessments etc. seem at odds with what I would prefer to see, they are also coming from a place of the observer that they are. This helps me connect with more people that I would have previous to my ontological coach training,
