Repres/resist: state: shame and not allowing the feelings of anger and sadness (vulnerable). • Resilient Body-Mind Mode: I am calm, patient, friendly and try to comprehend the other. • Coherent Relational Dynamics: when i am amongst nearby family and friends i feel at ease and coherent because it feels save to connect from my heart. I feel the same ease and coherence when i work with my clients or facilitate a dance-event. • Purposeful Life Engagement: in situations where i listen to my heart and follow my intuition, let things emerge, i feel the most natural synergy in engaging with life.
