UZAZU Embodied Intelligence Certified Practitioner

I was a tutor and teacher for a decade, from my late-teen's until last year, and also a committed Vipassana meditator from twenty. It hit me in my mid-twenties that, whilst working with peeps was my thing, teaching Maths and Physics wasn't.

I spent a few years travelling around the world doing a shit tonne of different embodiment practices, with the most extensive being six months on silent meditation retreats (sixty days in Myanmar and a solo twelve-day dark room retreat the highlights), three months in China studying Tai Chi, Qigong and Wushu, a few months as a live-in Systema (Russian Martial Arts) student, Yoga Teacher Training, staying with Paul Linden for a month studying trauma and bodywork, and then the year-long Embodied Facilitator Course (EFC).

These days I'm teaching embodiment classes online (with main themes being personality and pleasure), doing some one-to-one work with clients (I'll need to re-expand into this after dropping it due to busyness) and working as Events Host and Manager for Embodiment Unlimited.
