Embody Your Intentions for 2026
Experience an embodied approach to anchoring into your intentions with your whole self
Maybe you've had this experience, and perhaps even more than once:
You set an intention—maybe a New Year's resolution, or maybe a promise you make to yourself on a random Tuesday—and
you genuinely mean it. You feel clear about what you want. You really want to make it happen. And then, somehow, it fades. Not dramatically, not all at once... just a slow drift back to your more familiar habits, until one day you realize you're right back to where you started.
We're often told this happens because we lack willpower, or strong enough motivation, or our goals weren't specific enough, or we didn't try hard enough... But what if the real issue isn't about trying harder—it's that only part of us was on board, not our whole, embodied self?

In this 120-minute interactive webinar, you will:

UZAZU Embodied Intelligence helps us access the wisdom our bodies hold, grounding us and allowing us to heal ourselves. It's a powerful merging of using the mind and the body-mind, which is so important for our culture and the world. UZAZU really cuts through all the defenses and dissociations, hitting the nub of what's going on for people. We need to come back into our bodies and be present, and UZAZU helps us do that."
