Using UZAZU Embodied Intelligence with Clients

September 3 @ 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

> Amsterdam, The Netherlands <

An Evening Workshop for:

Coaches, Therapists, Counselors, and other Helping Professionals

with Embodiment Master Trainer and UZAZU Founder Dylan Newcomb.

Learn how to identify core-level imbalances and nervous system dysregulation in your clients—and a set of embodied practices and interventions that help bring them into balance—so they can quickly experience more ease, connection, and flow in their personal and professional relationships.

As coaches, therapists, and helping professionals, we regularly find ourselves trying to best support our clients with the various relational challenges they’re experiencing. Be it with Lovers, Friends, Parents, Children, Clients, Bosses, Partners— different people & roles can confront and trigger us in different ways.

And even though we often do succeed in helping our clients in important ways with their relational challenges, the deeper conditioned responses and patterns of dysregulation of their Autonomic Nervous System can remain not fully identified nor sufficiently repatterned at a core, sensorimotor level.

Using a set of eight core body postures, vowel sounds and guiding concepts, UZAZU Embodied Intelligence empowers you with a highly integrative model and method to understand exactly where & how someone’s capacity to thrive is being compromised, and then gives you the know-how and tools to help your clients shift into deeply coherent, regulated flow-states.

As someone who helps others to grow and heal, are you interested to…

Enhance the impact of your coaching or facilitation by tapping into the power of embodied, relational intelligence, so your clients can naturally thrive while avoiding the trap of overthinking things?
Support your clients to develop a healthy nervous system awareness and regulation, so that they can navigate turbulence and reconnect to their greater potential with ease?
Help your clients recognize and transform—down to the body level—the unconscious negative beliefs that may be holding them back right now?
Learn foundational practices that you can apply to your specific professional context to support embodied transformation?
…then this introductory workshop to UZAZU Embodied Intelligence for Coaches is for you!

A Note to Psychotherapists: Dylan Newcomb is not a trained psychotherapist, and does not practice as one. However, a growing number of psychotherapists have trained in UZAZU with him and find its embodiment principles and interventions to be very helpful and easy to integrate into their own work with clients.

⫸ Learn to recognize the core imbalances or dysregulated states of the nervous system which produce stress and limit your capacity to be in flow. (Note: These patterns of dysregulation show up differently in different areas of your life, so it’s important to be able to identify the different forms they take.)

⫸ Learn and experience each of the four phases of ‘The Flow of Embodied, Relational Intelligence’, as well as HOW the nervous system needs to engage to support each phase, and when to focus with clients on which phase of this flow—so your work together is most effective AND long-lasting. (This is often counterintuitive!)

⫸ Learn how Unconscious Negative Beliefs form in response to negative experiences, how they then interact with your nervous system, and why identifying and transforming them in an embodied way is KEY to repatterning how we respond to events in our daily lives.

Dylan Newcomb is the lead researcher, trainer, and founder of the UZAZU method for cultivating Embodied Intelligence.

Recognized as one of the world’s leading researchers, coaches, and trainers in the growing field of Embodiment, Dylan has taught thousands of students across four continents how to quickly and effectively shift their inner states, using breath, movement, and awareness, and has trained coaches and therapists for the past 10 years in effectively using these techniques with their clients.
