As an area of embodiment, making CONTACT allows you to discover and get to know the people, places and things that are a nourishing fit for YOU.

The more we clear our negative beliefs and traumas around past experiences of connecting with others, the more we can once again be open to the richness of relationship with others and the world at large has to offer us. 

By creating the connections within ourselves that “clear the slate” and allow us access to a more promising future, we become open to the world and to opportunities. When your contacts are your strong point, you’re able to create connections and relationships with others that serve you at a cellular level.

Embodied Contacting is the process of skilfully sensing & activating your whole bodymind to embrace your role in the world and connections with others, to self-create opportunity and healing.

When Your contacts are More Fully EmbodieD:

  • You feel much freer to explore, discover what & who you most care about to connect deeply.
  • You find yourself naturally getting involved and instinctively participating.
  • You relax into the natural giving & receiving of energy information for the relational process.
  • You monitor & manage your energy levels effectively, not getting too drained or overstimulated.

But—When Your Contacts are NOT as Fully EmbodieD:

  • Negative beliefs & the past “get in your way”, reducing your ability to access new experiences.
  • You lose the precious curiosity that allows you to experience new things.
  • Frown
    You over-prioritize the needs and opinions of others, often at the expense of your own truth.
  • You may feel numb or jaded, not as open to the personal opportunities the world affronts. 

If this area tends to be a more natural place for you to 'hang out', then embodying it even more deeply, in more aspects of your personal & professional life, could be a great way for you to benefit even more from the tendencies and strengths you already have!

And this also implies that...

EXCHANGING with Others
could be your weakest Area of Embodiment. 

Most of people tend to have a 'way of being' that's less natural & comfortable for them. Very often, your most consistent & profound challenges are linked to this 'weaker' area of embodiment. Embodying this area more fully can hold a big key to you reaching more of your full potential.

And so the Question then is...
