You will Upgrade ALL Your Relationships

Attend this event because you learn and practice big new ideas and gain clear insight into the FOUR KEY BEHAVIORS that make or break relationships.

The first behavior is: Desireous Requesting

It’s about your ability to deeply sense into what you’re needing and clearly ask for it without falling into neediness or inadequacy. Desireous-Requesting says: “I am excited to ask you for things.”

The second behavior is: Pleasureful Connection

It’s about your ability to enjoy really taking things into you and deeply connecting emotionally without fear of suffocation or overwhelm. Pleasureful-Connection says: “I feel good being close with you.”

The third behavior is: Generous Abundance

It’s about your ability to be completely comfortable owning all you have and enjoy sharing that with others, without fear that you will become arrogant or selfish. Generous-Abundance says: “I have plenty I’d love to share with you.”

The fourth and last behavior is: Functional-Autonomy

It’s about your ability to autonomously interact with others in truly functional ways without becoming too cold or distant. Functional-Autonomy says: “I am clear how I can best interact with you.”

These Four Key Behaviors work together.

Miss any one of these four, or overdo one at the expense of the other, and your relationships – both personal and professional – will inevitably suffer from it. (See the video above for a full demonstration from Dylan on these Key Behaviors.)

Using UZAZU’s simple mind-body exercises on an ongoing basis will allow you to deeply transform your own most limiting core relationship issues.

As psychology has learned through the extensive research on early childhood Attachment Patterns, most of our core patterns of what feels safe and good to us when relating to others takes shape before we can even speak.

Because UZAZU works with the mind, body and nervous system directly, using speech, sound, breath AND movement, our practices offer a way to identify, transform and re-align these previously unconscious, encoded patterns.

The simple mind-body exercises of UZAZU will enable you continually grow in your ability to flow with ease and power through essential relationship challenges in your life. And as you step out of old, limiting patterns and learn to show up in more mutually empowering ways, you will have the gratitude and appreciation the people in your life who mean the most to you.

The exercises and techniques which you will learn throughout the 4-week course will help you in several key ways.

You will learn:

  • To significantly transform the core relationship patterns that you feel most helpless trying to shift.
  • To build healthy, synergistic, thriving relationship skills and habits, on a physical, emotional and mental level.
  • To optimally prepare yourself for important situations such as interviews, dates, parties, important meetings.
  • To re-balance yourself into healthy relating during those “emergency’ situations when you feel triggered, lost, or overwhelmed.

What people are saying about UZAZU:

“Three months after we were married we desperately needed some help! We were very much in love, but for some reason (that neither of us could really understand), I was constantly crying, and my husband was constantly angry. We tried going to a therapist together, but after two sessions, things were getting worse instead of better.

[ Doing UZAZU for the first time with Dylan,] as my husband and I faced each other I burst into tears–but happy tears. My husband wasn’t talking to me, or listening to me talk, but I finally felt like he was HEARING me, and I was getting what I needed. We practiced for 15 or 20 minutes every morning, and things almost “magically” got better”.
- Dalia, Newlywed & Executive Assistant

“I was going through a breakup at the time, and Dylan showed me how to use specific sound, breath and movement exercises that quickly helped me to energetically “let go” of the grief, pain and heartbreak, and move back into love, health and happiness. Dylan and his work have had a VERY positive impact on my life.”
- Eliot, Technical Analyst / Trader

“My wife and I have gained a communication method that allows us to reveal ourselves, our feelings and emotions to one another safely, without confrontation while naturally engendering harmony. In our experience, just talking about it ad nauseam didn’t get us anywhere, but, if we UZAZU over it, differences are resolved and we have a really sweet moment to just experience each other and appreciate.”
- Aldo Rinaldi, MD Physician

“The most beneficial aspect of working with Dylan was how my personal relationships shifted. I also gained a better understanding of how I can develop and shift from feeling powerless because of my issues to being empowered.”
- Ben

“UZAZU is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. In a short period of time, it’s already changed my life.”
- Farsam Shadab, founder, Integral Labs

“It works!”
- Vicky

For Singles, Couple, and Coaches

Whether you single or want to participate as a couple, this mini-workshop will show you how to shift your most unhealthy relationship dynamics, both personal and professional, into healthy dynamics that benefit both Self and Other.

If you are a coach, facilitator, healer or therapist, Dylan will be combining the insights of Attachment Theory with the research and techniques of UZAZU - teaching you a new and effective way to recognize your highly unconscious self-defeating relationship patterns and begin to shift them immediately.
